Both for training purposes as well as compliance training, these frequently asked questions surface and resurface at our weekly meetings to ensure that we provide answers which allign with both our marketing and compliance efforts.

At our school we have one on one admissions appointments that are intended to answer all prospective students questions. The prospective student fills out a short questionairre that allows the adminissions rep to get to know the student better. There is a formal presentation with a flip chart binder and then the admission rep. spends as much time as needed answering specific questions.

Yes! My institution is very helpful and always has the right answer.

I do not have any questions as of right now. Is there anything that I really have to respond to???

Yes, they inform us with frequently asked questions through our companies website. Things are constantly changing in this career field and there are questions out there that may have never been asked. It is good to go to the resources that my company offers, to see how I can react and answer the questions from the potential student when asked.

Yes it's been very helpful

Our school does not have a formal list either.

I agree that the information is initially provided for us but as there are changes; this information is made available to us.

yes they do ,they have also provided us with a Admissions Practices..Doing the right thing -Compliance for Admissions I find this very helpful.

This information is provided to us not only in our initial training but updated annually. In my opinion, we are kept informed of anything new or changed as it happens in the industry.

I would suggest talking with you immediate supervisor after checking the catalogue for a possible list located in it. Your supervisor might know where the school has a list as someone else mentioned a lot of what the student asks has to do with compliance issues anyway.

Anyone can create such a list. Just think of maybe ten questions that you as a student or maybe what you think students may want to know. And there you have it. For example.

How much does it cost?

Will I get financial aid?

Do your credits transfer?

Do you accept transfer credits?

What are your placement rates?

and the list can go on... but theres a few to start you off.

Are you able to upload or share some of these questions? I would like to compile one to run through our compliance department, but would like to see what other schools are presently using.

Our school does not have a list of frequently asked questions. Who would be the best person to help create such a list?

Yes my school does provide me with a FAQ list. Most of the frequently asked questions are compliance questions so there are usually scripts that go with those questions and to make sure that we stay in compliance, they have us post the questions and answers near our computer and phones.

We also have sufficient training and materials to address the frequently asked questions. The Vice President of Education and Supervisor of each department addresses all the reps quarterly to bring us up to date on any changes in programs and equipment so that we can answer students questions accurately.

Yes there is a packet of questions along with the way they should be answered and a test that we have to take in order to insure we understand and retain the answers

yes, this is a yearly examine for us

Yes, our school does provide answers to "frequently asked questions" via our website. I have also been informed of correct answers to frequently asked questions by the Training Department and my direct supervisor. My supervisor informs the team on a regular basis of any updates or revisions made to a specific subject so that they can be answered according to compliance.

I agree. A clear set price is difficult to establish because financial aid is available to those who qualify. Every potential student has a different FA package.
