Yes, but only during our training session or IEP forums.

Yes John,

We are provided with pre-printed materials that serve as a guideline for FAQ's. If in doubt, it is best to stay within the verbage of the literature that we are presented.

Letitia Gregory~

yes through training

Yes. Our school does a good job of addressing this topic. Many questions students ask in the admissions process are of the same nature. For that reason, we are equipped through handouts and discussions from our training department so we are all on the same page when it comes to answering questions.

My school has a link to this off of our website which can also be shared with students and we are given hard copies in training.

When we orginally meet with a prospective student we try to answer all the questions that they may have then and there. Otherwise, we give them a informational packet which includes important parts of the catalog for them to look through. We let the student know that we will be contacting them within a certain period and if they have any additional questions that they were not able to answer by looking at the packet, we will be able to answer those when we contact them for a follow-up.

My school provides us with a catalog of FAQ so that we are prepared to answer any student concerns.

Yes, Product knowledge

Our school provides with excellent training that prepares us to answer the commonly asked questions. They also provide us with information on how to correctly answer common questions that can be compliance issues. Generally, I feel that I have been provided with the necessary information to answer questions correctly and responsibly.

Yes, we receive quite a few updates regarding "frequently asked questions" that prospective students often ask during the admissions process. We continue to get updates as to what we can say regarding those questions while remaining compliant.

Yes. Our website contains a link for student FAQ's. Our training manuels also contain FAQs.

Yes they do. I have a copy attatched to my cubical that I use on a regular basis. The FAQ paper has been approved for use by the school.

Yes they provided us with frequently asked questions and how to respond to them in our initial training class when we are first hired. They are usually revisted in refresher courses throughout tenure.

We are provided FAQ scenarios during our training so we can respond properly. We are well informed about every aspect of the process to make us better prepared to answer with accuracy questions students have.

As an Agent I also keep a copy of each catalog in my files so that I can see where revisions have been made that might not be standout changes but maybe just in wording sometimes that does make a difference. My school also uses the CD which frees up space in my files - but they make it difficult to update since they are on disc.

My school provides FAQ's and the answers to them. This makes it easy to respond with accurate and compliant answers. I think Admission Representatives should stay in the loop regarding any and all changes that will involve the enrollment process. Do you feel that Admissions Reps. should be informed as soon as the Managers know of changes, not only in Admissions but in other areas of the school that may effect the enrollment process as well?

Our school does provide training on "frequently asked questions." It is ongoing training. We also do role playing on "frequently asked questions" on a regular basis.

During our initial agent training, we were provided with a FAQ manual which does include questions that are often asked by prospective students during the admissions process. Agents are also required to take a FAQ exam each year to make sure that we are able to answer these questions correctly. I have found that having this manual has aided me a great deal in being able to provide the correct information to prospective students when they ask questions.

Yes. The campus at which I work if very good about making sure that we know how to answer questions no matter how broad or specific. It's important to the Sr. DOA that we are aware at all times of how we present what we do here to ensure that there is no misconception on any level.

I have had MANY of the questions posed to me during interviews and find that taking the time to know and review the FAQ's is vital to presenting the student with the answers to their questions, but also doing it compliantly and truthfully.

We provide FAQ's and answers in our training manual. During weekly reveiw sessions, we discuss situations or questions that have presented and create standardized responses. We also role play--better to practice on each other in a safe environment than on a prospective student.
