Students do not ask many questions during the admissions process about policies. Unfortunately, neither do their parents.

I find that students typically do not ask questions about the enrollment agreement. I will usually have them read the document in front of me so I can address any questions they may have or have them take the document home with them to read so they do not feel rushed to sign the paperwork. I do not want them to gloss over the agreement.

I notice that they ask questions but not really about the enrollment process. So I find that I have to show them and explain to them what each item on the enrollment agreement means. Then encourage them to ask questions, so that they can get a clear picture of what exactly they are signing

I find that students are curious as to the refund policy as well, but I strongly encourage students to carefully read through the enrollment agreement.

Students tend to be overwhelmed or unaware of questions to ask. This makes covering each aspect of the school all the more important. No, traditionally, students do not ask many questions at the enrollment agreement. For this reason, we are trained to explain certain parts in detail so that the student has an understanding of what they are signing. Further, it is required that certain parts are explained in fuller detail. The student often times does not care to listen. It is important for us, as agents, to clue them in on the finer points.

I find that the new student does not really know what questions to ask during the enrollment process. For this reason, it is encumbent on the admissions representative to thoroughly explain all facets of the enrollment agreement to the student.

Not really, all the students I enroll read the entire document thouroghly and sign and/or initial accordingly.

Here we kind of assist the student in understanding the EA then ask them if they have any questions to feel free to ask.

Most cases it depends on the prospective student.
I always explain the information and ask for question are they fully understand so that if they are not any questions left unanswered.

No, students rarely ask any questions about our policies and statements contained in the enrollment agreement. They are much more interested in the program; however, this is exactly why the agent must be well versed in the enrollment agreement. The agent must be able to fully inform the student of the admissions process (which includes all policies and procedures).

Not too often. They are just ready to sign. I do review the enrollment agreement with them is sections.

No really - I try to go over most of the information they need to know at that particular time.

I review them section by section and rarely get a question. However it is important to stay compliant by making sure they understand the enrollment agreement.
