I feel that is brings up questions of why certian things are in the enrollment agreement.
that is what happens at my school.
No, students don't usually ask alot of questions about the Enrollment agreement. When they do ask a question about the enrollment agreement its usually related to the specific degree program that they are interested in, so its imperative for me to have a full understanding of all of the programs that we offer.
Each line of the EA is discussed during the process of filling out this form. I ensure that there are no questions and each line is fully understood
Sadly enough, no. Most applicants treat their college enrollment applications much like credit card applications or car rental agreements, they simply want to sign and drive. Agents that don't take the time to explain the terms of the enrollment agreement are not providing the level of customer service students deserve from privately funded institutions.
Yes, student will ask questions about policies or statements in the enrollment agreement Especially if you are taking the time to ensure each section is read carefully before signing.
I find that the more mature students do ask questions. I am very thorough with the enrollment agreement with every student I feel this makes them feel that I do have their best interest at heart.
Students do not traditionally ask many questions during the admissions process regarding policies or statements in the enrollment agreement. By stating the necessary policies and statements, it creates a habit for me and it educates the student. I make sure the pace is steady and clear, and always ask what they're thinking or if they have any questions.
Full disclosure should be practiced in every enrollment agreement so this would elimanate any misleading or false information. If a student asks a specific question about the breakdown of costs of tuition we can refer them to the enrollment agreement.
I think that they do too its all about how you explain them and the approach you take, you can ease some of that with using confidence.
No. Student normally don't have question about the enrollment agreement during the time we're filling it out. Unless, it's one of those people that read every single line in detail. Upon reading some of the material, they may have a question or two. But typically, there aren't any questions at this point of the enrollment.
Generally, students do not ask a lot of questions, however, I feel it is my duty as an admissions advisor to cover all sections of the enrollment agreement with the student. It is important for the student to have a clear understanding of the process.
We have been trained to go over every aspect of the Admissions process. I have only shadowed other people at this point; but I have not seen anyone ask anything about the enrollment agreement.
I find that most students normally don't ask questions during the admissions process about things they find in the enrollment agreement. When they do ask questions, it is usually when they scroll down to the costs and cancellation policies. I try my very best to answer their questions about these things in a compliant manner.
No the students typically want to sign and go.
No, because I have answered those questions up front, so the enrollment form is just an extension of what we've gone over previously.
I walk students through the whole form, including the fine print that comes attached with all of the state-specific requirements. Trust is essential, and I don't want my prospectives to go home and anxiously scan the form for hidden fees.
It seems to me that at our school the students do not ask many questions regarding what is outlined in the Enrollment Agreement (EA). I feel that they do not based on the breadth of information they are given prior to. I make sure to mention that the student will receive a copy of their EA and I strongly encourage them to read it in full as soon as they get it.
Because I am a Community Relations Specioalist, I do not have direct contact witht he students during the enrollment process. I asked my colleagues who are reps and their indication that the process our school has to enroll a student is very thorough so there are not many questions regarding the policies or statemtns in the enrollment agreement.
I find that same thing is true here, I explain it all so their is no misinformation.
No, I don't experience this much but we are trained well to explain the whole agreement to them.
