That is not a simple question to answer. As the module states it is not one thing but a multitude of things that combine together to form student satisfaction.

On my level, the students are asked to evaluate the course content and the instructors conduct and knowledge. This provides invaluable feedback for me so that I can identify any short comings that may have crept up that I was not aware of.

Good plan, James. Who leads the effort? How is it coordinated across departmental lines?

As a new instructor and very new to this institution, I do not know if I can properly answer your question. As I see it now, we have great reps, admissions staff, instructors, managers, everyone is professional, well trained and very well informed. Training is on going, procedures updated and staff continually updates the student so all communication is very open. Instructors are outstanding and very concerned with the student well being and their progress through the program. All are very willing to help with anything they can and will direct the students to any other area that can assist as well.

Is there any continuity about instructor expectations for classroom decorum? Are the learning objectives the same if there are multiple sections taught by different instructors? How do you determine that the outcomes are the same?

Students are encouraged to talk with managment staff if they are dissatidfied. Also they fill out an after course evaluation for very course where they grade the course and instructor. They are also able to right comments as well.

Our school uses survey forms to be filled up by the students at the end of each course. The survey questionire comprises of all aspects of the course. The survey is reviewed by the management and take necessary actions to correct the short commings. The instructors are informed of the overall assesment of the survey at a later period. It helps us, the instructors, to understand the areas where improvements are needed.

We use course evaluations every three weeks. They cannot be seen by instructors and go directly to management anonomysly.

Our scholl uses a student servey. I tell the students what to expect on the first day of class. And if I can I will try to exceed there expectations.

Two way communication with students is very important on all levels.

Interest in retention is sometimes devolved as a payment scenario per recruiters as a bonus derivitive.

We have a very strong student support staff. Housing, employment, food pantry.
councling,computers/internet.library and tutoring

After every 3 weeks, the student participate in course evaluations, and then we target troubled areas we need to improve on

We do surveys at the end of each class were the students evaluate their experiance in that class. The managers will review these evaluations and if the student wishes to be contacted by a manager or other staff member then there is follow up action taken with students. We have a Student services department that they can use to voice there concerns. The campus president, I know has been active in listening to students concerns if they do not feel there concerns have been addressed.Recruiters are taking an active roll in learning more about the programs that they are selling.Training at all levels of the company, educating everyone about their responsibility in addressing this issue. As an instructor I take a more active roll in asking my students about their concerns or needs and make sure that I follow through with resolving any issues they have to the best of my abillaty, or at least put them in front of somebody who can help them.

We have services on campas that can help with almost any aspect of the student life if he or she my need it place to live, food, transpotation, money this just a few

I give my student a 120% every day i do what ever i can to help then get though any problem that comes up

The atmosphere here promotes continual communication on a daily basis with all students and educators on the front line. This begins with the obvious, which is close proximity between the educational staff and the students. The students are held to a consistent and fairly high standard of professionalism, yet at the same time they are being observed for indications of any difficulties that could become larger if not addressed. Instructors meet and greet their students just outside the classroom door as the students arrive to class. This helps to reinforce the "caring about them" aspect without making the effort seem patronizing, and also allows for the educator to assess their students on a daily basis for any indications of potential difficulty.

Another activity is the opportunity and encouragement for students to complete a written evaluation regarding the course, instructor, and school on a short-term, regular basis. This allows them some level of empowerment concerning their own education.

Our school uses the student survey in order to better gauge the course that is being taught . students input is very important as is in any company or organization so that said organization can try to taylor the course to the students needs. a continued use of feedback will give the instructor a good starting point so that the final outcome can be achieved in the course with it's maximum potential acheived .

At the end of each course we give our students a evaluation of the course, material, training aide, and the instructor for fed by to the instructor and the school, so we can evaluate changes needed. We also have classes for the instructors on the Gen Y students and how they learn, and we teach to each learning group. We use books, power points, discussions, questions, and hands on work.

My institution assures that student expectations are met and students are satisfied by focusing on the individual rather than the whole.Every student is unique and comes with a unique mix of talents and challenges.Instructors perceive those needs by forming relationships with the students, and in doing so, they can enhance the teaching to meet each student's needs.

We have many different plans in place to check and evaluate if the expectations of our students are being met. We even use class room evaluations by the students of the material taught and way in which it is delivered. We also use instructor observations by other instructors and managers to help each instructor improve his/her skills in the classroom. We have a whole department devoted to our students and what we can do for them.
