Excellent! Thank you for your post.

Kristina,
It is important to use the terms exactly as stated in rule and law.

We use several of the terms that are inside the training module

Some of the terms used at our institution are: Student Application Student basic information, including personal references, Enrollment Agreement Legally binding contract signed by Applicant and Institution, Catalog which is where the regulations are written, financial Aid are Federal allocations of funds. Transfer Credit is credit for courses successfully completed at another Institution.

I have currently printed out the information provided from the course and enrollment agreements, faculty organization chart, copies of advertisements, CIE license and other information in the resource book. This is a great tool and it has all the information that I need to refresh my memory everyday.

So far I have placed the Overview of Admissions Staff Training Program, and Terms and Definitions. I have learned that The Florida Department of Commission for Independant Education protects Florida's Consumers by providing regulatory oversight to private postsecondary institions operating within the State of Florida.

Michele,
It is very important to know the definitions as stated in statute and rule and apply accordingly.
