It is important to keep it up-to-date and refer to it often. Sometimes just flipping through the pages is a good refresher.

Course - one organized unit of study focusing on one subject or skill for a specified period of time.

Institution - any college, university, or postsecondary career school under the jurisdiction of the Commission.

Quarter - at least ten weeks of instruction and learning, or its equivalent.

Transcript - the form maintained by an institution on student academic information.

While we don't have agents, our admissions representatives work in-house and don't go into the field. We do have a PR position that does presentations, but does not collect applications or fees; only inquiries. We use an enrollment agreement and refer to it as such as well. The basic terms seem to be synonymous for us as they are with the rules and regulations that dictate them.
