I feel comfortable in my knowledge of my institution. Everything has been provided to me in a clear, outlined way. Whenever updates are made, everything is sent out to all of us immediately so we never have to worry if we're missing anything. With such a variety of bachelors degrees, associates degrees, and diploma programs, it is essential that everything be easily accessed so we can help our students as best as possible.
I am in admissions support so I assist with many campuses. It is important to know what goes on at our campuses. Our college sends out weekly emails to keep us informed of what is happening at each campus, also what services we provide to help our students like our career services department. Which helps pur students with resumes, and interview techniques, and we have two job boards to help with "assisting" our students.In knowing that we povide resources like this makes me that much more confident in what my school does and has for our students.

I feel like I have a strong knowledge of my institution. If I dont know something I ask my supervisor to make sure I have all the information I need to be successful and help the students be successful. If new information comes out we always get an email explaining what is new and are always welcome to ask questions if need be.
What I know about my Institution is that they are very bing on compliance and I really like that. I also know that one of the fators of my institution is what knowlege a student can gain. i alos know that they have many different institutions all across the U.S.
I am very knowledgable of the courses offered at our Institution. I have been employed for over 10 years and have weekly meetings with staff.
