Check with your VA representative and financial aid. They know all the ins and outs of the refund policy. There also should be a separate VA refund policy in your catalog.

I give myself an 8. A big thing I need to understand more is how FA, VA options, Florida Prepaid, and cash paying options work when it comes to the refund policies. How does VA get refunded vs. FAFSA funding?

I am forturnate to be enrolled in this class during my first month of employment. Ours is a very specialized AS Degree that is offered no where else in the US. We are working on our accredidation and only in our first year. This class has given me leads of where to go for all the information that I need. We are a small organization so several people perform several different roles. The organizational chart will help me in that networking process for more information. We have a very comprehensive catalog in place already but as everything is subject to revision as we grow.
As a new hire and my first day, I do not know enough about my institutions programs and etc. What I do know is what I perceive to be the mission and vision of my institution. I am highly impressed by the fact that they've taken time to perfect their niche` instead of just branching out for growth. I think this gives students a lil more confident. We've chosen to excel in what we excel in.
I am currently learning more about the programs at my institution and the carrer options after graduation. I am also learning more about how financial aid and career services relate to my role and presentation to a prospective student.
Since I have been in admissions for a few years, I am pretty knowledgeable in compliance, licensing and regulatory requirements, and the financial aid process. I am fairly new to my current institutions, so I am in the process of gathering knowledge from Academics and Career Services, and learning about the admissions process itself. This institution is giving me a month to complete training and product knowledge before even speaking to prospective students.
