I feel that Facebook can be a good tool for positive feedback and referral generations but then can also be a bad thing due to negativity about the school programs and instructors
I only use it to post pictures of students with dogs they have groomed or graduates.

Unfortunately, some people are very quick to place their complaints where they do not have to speak to anyone directly. Often times when they do have to put it face-to-face it is not what it claims to be online.
