Yes. This information is compiled and easy to access when enrolling potential students.

Our school does provide a Q & A for frequently asked questions. We actually have it posted on our website so potential students will have easy access to it.

We were provided with a list of frequently asked questions in a meeting held last year. The list had 10 or so questions that pertained to our accredidation standards and placement rate. Currently, our school is accredited by the ACCSC and since we are added 3 new locations, the accredidation is also valid for all campuses. In terms of the placement rate, the rate for the main campus for the Aviation Maintenance Program is 84%. The new campuses do not have any historical data when it comes to placement. One other frequently asked question was success rate taking the PowerPlant test (it is an FAA exam and is separate from another test they take after graduation called the Airframe portion) and the pass rate is 94% first time taking the exam, which includes 9 sections.

I have already responded to this question but to repeat my school provides us with the ability to call the school for questions asked and they provide information through our website and our literature. I have called the school during a presentation and received answers to questions. I have also sent emails and given teachers and students emails to get their questions answered.

Yes they do. I have access to my admissions director, We are provided with written materials and we have training sessions where we share information.

Absolutely! We have a list of FAQ's and also we cover every possible question in our admissions powerpoint presentation. It is very thorough and if you use it, you answer all questions before they even have a chance to ask them.

Yes, a FAQ list in essential in order to provide quick, but very thorough information for prospective students. Ongoing training and updates to this list through discussion is necessary not only for internal program and policy changes/updates, but also to ensure compliance with new, updated rules and regulations with the State and Department of Education.

Yes they do. Not to mention our 2 week intense training.

Yes it does. In addition, because of the newness of our internal admissions department, we encounter unique questions and scenarios as well.

The institution I work for stresses frequently asked student questions during our internal training processes. In addition to this training, hard and digital copies of such questions are provided to all members of the admissions department, as well as a copy of these questions being posted on the university website for easy access for both prospective and current students.

Yes, we have a list that our students often ask to be ready to assist them in their decision making process.

Yes, I think it is important for all admissions reps to be able to reference FAQ's as a quick resource. Also for students to read the FAQ's and see they are like many other prospective students who have the same questions and concerns.

Yes, we have an undergraduate and graduate FAQ on our website and is easily accessible to prospective students. We also have a hard copy in front of us of commonly asked questions.

Not that I am aware. We meet with our students one-on-one when they come in for an information-gathering session so we answer their questions on an individual basis. We also have Frequently Asked Questions on our school's website.

Absolutly! In fact my school how FAQ's for a number of different steps throughout the enrollment process. Such as FAQ for Financial Aid, FAQ while giving a school tour, ect. I find that to be very helpful in knowing what students might ask throughout the enrollment proccess

Yes, if i dont have a answer i can ask the director or call my reginal director!

Yes, our school uses what we call a succse brochure which has FAQ in it.

At the college where I work we have a brochure that has a section for "frequnetly asked questions," in our "Success Brochure."

This section of the handout is very imformative for prospect student because, many of the questions they have other students have asked.

I like to use this during the interview process as a tool to show students that many students have similar questions and its only normal to ask questions. It makes them feel for comfortable or even after they leave and are reviewing teh material they may see a quetion in there they meant to ask and didnt. The questions and answer section is very helpful.

Yes indeed! We have an entire list of frequently asked questions at our disposal.

I found my training here at school to be very one on one and on point. The Director of Admissions trained me personally but also integrated role playing with other senior reps who helped me to get more and more comfortable with the interview process.

We do not provide them with an external list of "frequently asked questions", however we do have an internal list of questions that prospective students ask and we are trained to answer those questions during the initial interview or phone call.
