Yes they do. We have a sheet that I received in my training that addresses FAQ and how we may answer them in a way that is in alignment with our policies. There are several resources we have to make sure that we are able to get answers when we need them as well so we are always very well informed.

Yes we do have answers to FAQ's. We are a certificate program for Massage Therapy, so many of the questions perspective students tend to ask are the same.

At the school where I am employed, our admissions department meets regularly to discuss any frequently asked questions by prospective students. We discuss the answers we are currently giving, verify that this information we share is still true/accurate, and ask for feedback from other admissions reps on how they are handling these questions. Also, we work in cubicles so that all reps can hear everything that other reps say, and we are each held accountable for all information that we share with prosepctive students.

Yes. Our school does offer a FAQ that students normally ask during the admissions process. It is part of the initial training given to agents and the weekly training meeting also serves to answer those questions, as well as be able to add questions to that list.

There is a set training process that all Admission Representatives complete that answers nearly any question a student may have. Also, if there is ever a question we cannot answer immediately, the Director of Compliance or Director make themselves available to help find the answers we need.

Yes, my school most definitley provided me with FAQ's as well as the compliant responses. Most of my down time in the first week of working at my school was spent reviewing and comprehending not only the information itself but the reasoning behind why this information is important. I felt much more comfortable in my role playing activities after reviewing the FAQ's that were provided to me!

Yes. there is a list of frequently asked questions provide to representatives. I am the chair of nursing and have not seen that list. I expectd that the catalog also has a FAQ. I intend to obtain a copy so that I am giving the same information as others are.

Yes we do weekly stand-ups to go over any new information that might be coming out or questions ask by students that might not be known to the staff. It is very helpful!

For us, this is something we cover during training. We also are able to sit down with each department to get an understanding of their role in the school. There are only two admissions representatives where I am, so it's helpful as we both are asked questions to share information with the other!

Yes, we do. We compile information such as placement rates, student right to know, campus catalog and tab booklet with all of the FAQs. We have an open door policy where we will answer any question students posed honestly.

This topic is addressed twice a year during our training meetings. We participate in several role playing activities where frequently asked questions are presented and then discussed how to properly handle. We then are tested for our responses. We also have a printed list of frequently asked questions in our employee resource notebook.
