My current institution has implemented a review system that monitors admissions representatives calls and face to face interviews. In order to comply with state, federal, and accreditation regulations potential students must be given accurate information in regards to student outcomes. Such information is often referred to as student consumer information which can be found on the institutions website as well as a quick links hand out that is given to each student in their packet which includes websites to guide students on further financial aid information, graduation rates, accurate student job assistance rates, etc. Lastly, for some specific programs student are required to sign disclosures stating specific information about licensing, transfer credits, and accrediation.
We provide training to maintain kowledge of current law.
Our Institution has strictly adhered to guidelines on compliance and integrity, we are constantly monitored wether it is our phone or marketing, student interviews or any other contact with students and potential students. Being out of compliance is not accepted
Integrity is probably the most important aspect of our job.
I agree totally . It is very important for the student to understand everything .
Our campus provides regular training to make certain that appointment sets, interviews, and all discussions with students and their families provide the correct knowledge of state, federal,and/or accrediation regualations. Some calls are monitored
I created a Power Point Presentation which lists full disclosures and additional information so the student not only hears it during the initial admissions appointment, but also takes the information home to re-read on his/her own. We also thoroughly go over the financial obligations, disclosures statement, and enrollment agreement before signing. It is important to us to make sure the students fully understand every aspect of their education. It is a pleasure to work for a school that understands the importance of compliance and integrity.
All of them employees and employers work as a team. One persons "guess" will effect the school's reputation and could cost the school their license, fines, and criminal charges. We happy monthly meetings, so any changes that we to address is said to everyone at them time
Absolutley,
Disclosures are a important, It shows the students, that they school is honest and is reporting all the facts
Simply stated it shows you have pride in your job. You Care. You care about the program you are teaching or offering. Basically, If you care, everyone else will too.
We have an internal audit that is conducted at each site quarterly. We also educate each campus about the regulations and have a regulatory department to assist with questions.
We have several disclosure forms that are filled out through the process of application and financial aid meetings. We also complete the enrollment agreements at their orientation session. So, there are 3 different times where we diclose various information to the students.
We utilize several practices to maintain compliance and integrity at our institution. Every applicant is required to sign and initial all sections of the enrollment agreement and each section is read out loud. We are continually watchful for any changes in state, federal and/or accreditation regulations and re-print any document on a regular basis that is effected by such changes. We have both weekly and monthly meeting and we have regional weekly training via confrence call for updates, input and discussion.
Same here, not only interview/face to face mystery shoppers, but also phone shoppers. All bases are covered.
As with most other responses, our institution sets forth very strict guidlines that are quantifiable through any step of the enrollment process. Not only are representatives fully engaged, so are Directors. The focus is on everyone, not just a select few.
The Representative must go over each aspect of the enfollment process and agreement with the student. The student and representative are required to sign and document that they have been given the information and that they understand it.
We have put a huge effort into making our compliance an every conversation, every day practice. Our integrity is a huge focus every day as well, where we concentrate on highlighting the factual advantages of our school when talking with potential students.
We have a strict protocal for giving students the information required and disclosures that must be acknowledged. It is always in the best interest of the student and the school to provide truthful and complete information.
We are very dilligent in reviewing all student paperwork and documents with each and every student at the time of registation. Our students understand what we and the state expect from them and what they can expect from the Academy BEFORE sessions begin. All staff members are educated on Policy and procedures to the extent that they can answer any student concern or question.
We review all course details when advising students, including login info, course format, time commitments, technical requirements etc. so that students are well informed and know what to expect before starting the program.
