The institution where I work has utilized training programs where compliance is the subject each week. We also have peer-reviews of the interview process which is also undertaken by Supervisors. Team members are encouraged to pay attention and work with our colleagues to coach or mentor those who may need to be reminded of the rules.

I also use a series of disclosure forms with every student. During the initial meeting their is a discussion of the disclosure forms and signatures obtained. The first day of class a 3 hour orientation and open discussion is provided for any further questions the students may have.

Our institution has created weekly Admissions meetings to discuss compliance and integrity. We have also begun a Q & A session in which anyone can bring real-life scenarios to "the table" to openly discuss and role play amongst peers.

Our institution has guidelines as to what may and may not be discussed with the student. We are also taught different ways to discuss important issues with students so that the students are getting the correct information and not leaving feeling confused. The different departments within our institution meet frequently to discuss any changes in regards to our policies. Communication is key.

Our institution has an approves presentation that recruiters must use upon the initial meeting with a prospective student. This ensures that everyone stays compliant with state, federal, and/or accreditation regulations.

We have weekly trainings and meetings to ensure every rep is on the same page. We have specific guidelines to follow in our presentations and we are observed by managers for compliance. We treat every student the same and make sure they are given all disclosures.

Our institution has strict guidelines to follow in regards to compliance issues. Our focus is truly on the best interest of the student and we feel that being forthcoming and building value on who we are is the best way to present our school.

We have personal shoppers that shop us to insure that we are using the tools that are encouraged institution-wide. That way we are ensuring that everyone is compliant.

Our school has provided guidelines and trainings for us that help with some of the discussions we have with potential students. Our calls and meetings with potential students are monitored.

My college also monitors and listens to calls on a regular basis. I also have a guide regarding points to remember what never to refer to such as "guaranteed" placement or salary

Documentation is huge within our University. We document every correspondence with our prospects and students so that if there is ever an issue we can view the record and resolve it.

Keeping up with information on your campus is important, and we also practice this through product knowledge training year-round.

Our institution provides disclosure forms as well, making sure all students understant what they are enrolling into. Instead of guessing, I do the same. I always reply with "lets find that out together," or give them the link to our compliance website to find the correct answer.
