My institution encourages compliance and integrity through annual compliance trainings that all employees MUST pass in order to remain employed at our campus. Furthermore, compliance is practiced through employee evaluations, trainings, and cirtification throughout the fiscal year.

Options are always an important part as long as they stay within the rules.

It is very important for every school to maintain compliance to give students the best education

All students are required to sign off on a series of paperwork during the application process. This allows our institution to make sure that each of our prospective students view the same information before enrolling into their program of choice.

Our institution provides a multi-media presentation that representatives follow.
Also, conversations and presentations are recorded and monitored.

We have observations every Quarter to ensure we are complying with regulations....both phone calls/ presentations and mailings...we have presentations and mailers/scripts to make sure we are in compliance....

strict training on correct verbiage and a multi-media presentation that is to be followed in sequential order while utilizing the catalog verbiage.

We are providing outstanding educational opportunities for our students and must abide by rules and regulations set by our school and state. We, too, have mystery shoppers to monitor the quality of our admissions presentations to potential students. We also provide a checklist so our students understand everything that is required of them. Both of these are ways to ensure integrity and compliance.

As I have read from many of the others before, our institution also has a disclosure form which we must read to the student about compliance and concerns. We also talk to the students thoroughly about what is expected out of them and what is expected from the institution.

Our school provides guidelines in the form of scripts for phone calls and computer presentations for Admissions appointments. We also have continued Admissions training to ensure compliance and integrity in all interactions with prospective students. These practices are reinforced with detailed disclosure statements that are acknowledged by both the Admissions Representative and the applicant student.

We walk each student through our enrollment process and created a check list as to be sure a complete understanding is given to maintain integrity and compliance.

Like many others have said, we use disclosure forms and are very up-front with all of our information. This info is also easily accessible on our website. All of this information is presented BEFORE the prospective goes into financial aid, and certainly before any sort of enrollment takes place.

We also do staff meetings on compliance, and any time someone has a question regarding what is/isn't compliant, we know who to get the answer from.

My institution has a series of discolsures and agreements for students at the time of enrollment. The disclosures all state our placement and graduation rates along with employment policies. We also have a secret shopper program that we use privately. One of the most beneficial aspects of our compliance are quarterly compliance visits. We have an interal audit team that visits quarterly and combs through our files and processes to ensure complicance.

In terms of compliance, we are required to disclose certain things such as policy on transfer of credits, certain Financial Aid information and accreidation.
