We keep a very close eye on employees and make sure that we're constantly monitoring the language we use when working with students. We use our state disclosure forms and also make sure we're explaining the enrollment agreement and disclosures very thoroughly so that the student has all the information that they need to make a good decision. We expect our admissions representatives to be transparent with students and monitor this closely.
Are school has it's own compliance and monitoring department which listens to both recorded and live calls, if a rep. is found to be slightly non-compliant then they will be coached and reviewed by their manager to avoid future violations.
