My school monitors and listens to calls on a regular basis. We have 3 levels of violations with increasing penalties leading to immediate termination if a recruiter commits a major infraction, such as knowingly lying to a student.

At our institution, we disclose our admissions process to the student during our first face to face meeting. We use open-ended questions to prompt our students to discuss their concerns.
Our institution also has stright guidelines, and a department whose sole purpose is to approve and disaprove what we present before we present it. They even monitor the language we use when presenting.
In order to maintain standards of compliance and integrity amongst all staff, our institution has adopted several strategies. This begins with proper training of staff members to know how to best share information with a potential/current student in their specific department and when to pass them along to a team member in a seperate department who has more expertise in the matter. We also have implemented quarterly meetings to keep staff and faculty well informed of how the instituition is achieving benchmarks and any other information staff members need to be aware of. In Admissions, we use Disclosure Forms to assure that we have properly informed our students of the necessary information, prior to enrolling. Our institution also makes sure that students are aware of our Open Door Policy and who they should go to when they have a question, comment or concern in a specific area.
At our campus, there are constant reminders that compliance in recruiting is very important. In addition, we often look at doing training or workshops as a way to keep these issues fresh in our minds. Transparency is encouraged!
Our institution has a strict policy of insuring all of it's employees are ethical and compliant when it comes to integrity with State, Federal, and accreditation agencies. We ensure every employee first understands the specific regulations and then have each one of them sign documents committing to upholding the high standards we have. In addition to that we have Directors of each department spot check to ensure compliance and integrity are being upheld in the processes occuring at the campus level.

My institution encourages compliance and integrity by having a training meeting once a week and going over potential issues and of course recording calls. I am always up-front and honest with students. I feel that it is my duty to do that because, in the end, if a student is unhappy, it all started with me. I take pride in knowing that I am helping a student jump start their future career. What is the point of that if I steer them in the wrong direction?
