We typically used the terms catalog, enrollment agreement, student and faculty handbooks. I believe it is imperative to have access to all these resource documents.
The resource notebook is a great addition to any person in the admissions department. It supplements the updated training I receive at my institute. It is a tool that can be updated and used quarter after quarter.
