I think I am very knowledgeable with the institution. Having been a student here I know the student perspective about what the institution has to offer. As a student I made sure I visited every department and even I attended events hosted by departments.

AS an employee I always try to keep up with what is new. I search the website. I talk to different people in the departments. I talk to faculty and staff, as well as attend the different events on campus.

We have plenty of departments on campus that assist students in everything they need. It is difficult at times to keep up but I think I seem to be managing well.

I try to stay up to date about the various programs being offered at my school. However, our school does frequently roll out new programs and staying knowledgeable about such changes is a challenge. We have a JD program, as well as LLM programs. We also have full time and part time programs. Additionally, we have numerous departments that assist students with services they may need. These include Academic Technology, Academic Success, Career Services, etc.

Being new to working in the education field; both admissions and marketing for the institution, I have learned much new information specifically about the rules and regulations.

Everything is done formally and in uniform throughout state guidelines as well as meeting the needs of the education commission.

If I could rate myself on the knowledge of our program it would be a 7. I feel that there is always room for learning and growth. I really enjoy the compliance part of admissions. I feel it makes the process with the prospectives easier and more confident since you are knowledgeable on the state laws.

Good afternoon!

I am lering about the organizational chart, processes, and regulations.

Regards,

Camille Balaguer

I feel vwery comfortable in all aspects and separtments of my school

I work in a private institution that has specific regulations and program. I feel like I can discuss them with ease. I do call on the registrar and financial aid departments if I do run into a question I am not sure of.

I just started at this institution and so far I've realized how great the programs are that they offer.

The programs for the students allow the students to start the program straight from High School, opposed to some other schools that would have a student stuck in a degree plan doing basic general education for the first year of school.

The school that I work for actually will have a student working and testing for their license within the first year/year and a half saving that student much money and time in the long run.

I have learned a lot at my current institution. My training has been more in depth. Interviewing department heads for each department as well as faculty has been most helpful. Also learning about how curricula and programs are created has made me a more well rounded representative with a better sense of the bifg picture of our overall operations and purpose.

I noticed that we follow the procedures very well that we comply with most that is being discussed here.

Carol,
Organization of a process really makes life so much better and easier. The more you understand about the school and the process, the better admissions representative you become.

Small institutions are absolutely fantastic. Everyone has a part in the student experience and we are well-versed in the operations.

April,
Every day you will learn more and more about your institution. You should ask questions and get involved in all aspects of the campus to learn more.

Patty Aronoff

Gretchen,
Product knowledge is key! There is so much to learn about the products that we sell. Investing time in learning about the programs, the careers, and the student experience is well worth the time spent.

Patty Aronoff

Maria,

Financial aid is an integral part of an institution. Understanding the student experience in working with other departments is critical in the retention of students.

Patty Aronoff

Solanch,

Keep on learning! That is the beauty of our sector in education. Every day is a new and exciting day.

Patty Aronoff

Dayanis,

Institutional knowledge is a huge asset for admissions. Understanding how the entire school works and interacts with each other is a major part of the student experience.

Patty Aronoff

Eduardo,

We are a team! Even though we have our own goals for admissions, the team effort affects the entire school.

Patty Aronoff

David,

The more solid information we provide the better opportunities the students have to make the right choice.
