Kayla,
Integrity is priceless! We should always treat our students with honesty, integrity, and thorough knowledge in our everyday business. Florida is a consumer protection state and by abiding by the rules and regulations we are providing the best customer service we can.
Patty Aronoff
Laura,

I think my institution is doing excellent so far. They are very excited to have Title 4 funding and National Accreditation. What about everyone else? Discovering anything cool?
Jonathan Morris
The programs are the essence of the institution. I know each program in detail, seat in each class, and gauge the sentiment of each student. I feel very knowledgeable. That level of expertise requires dedication, attention to details and vision. However, my institution is small. What do you suggest for a large institution with Bachelors, Masters, PhDs, Certificates, Diplomas on several programs?
I work in an institution that has very specific programs. I have learned several different programs and the different positions that I will be working with on a daily basis.
On a scale of 1-10, I would rate it a 10. I am the President and Program Director for my institution. I will also be over the admission process.
I believe our instituion is high on integrety. This is in return means that its important for us to stay up to date on the knowledge. We contiously have product knowledge every friday as well as on going meetings.
Being a new hire I honestly do not know much about my institution or the specific programs. I do however look forward to learning about everything and becoming famiilar with all the facts that I need to know in order to better promote the school.
Marva ,
Product knowledge is critical in admissions. We need to be able to speak to what we offer in great detail.
Patty Aronoff
The layout of the materials of different programs, the using of power-point most of the students are visual.
Jenny,
You are correct! We always have new opportunities to learn. Be proactive and seek out new avenues.
Patty Aronoff
John,
Continue to grow by sharing your knowledge with others within your department. It's interesting when we have someone like you with a strong background that can develop and grow others.
Patty Aronoff
Dr. Sylvia,
There is always something new to learn! We should be on top of our game and looking at every opportunity to learn and grow.
Patty Aronoff
Chelsea,
Keep on learning! Share your knowledge with others to grow within your environment and within the community at-large.
Patty Aronoff
Stephanie,
Excellent! Our product knowledge comes from many different resources. Making the connection outside of our campus brings the community involvement which is a valuable resource.
Patty Aronoff
Gabriela,
Continue on your quest to learn more about your programs. This product knowledge that you gain will serve you well in the admissions department.
Patty Aronoff
Destiny ,
There is a vibrancy of working with the students face-to-face in a campus environment. We begin to build our own culture within our campus and it's exciting to be part of that.
Patty Aronoff
Mark-Munaf,
The mission statement tells us and the world what we are doing and why we are doing it. It is a basic tenet from all that we do in our schools.
Patty Aronoff
Brinton,
That is an ethical way to do business. We should always be honest and forthcoming in our information and how we conduct business.
