We are an extremely hands on school and want our students to be secure in their field.
As the Director of Education, I am very familiar with our Training Center. When we initially decided to start a Training Center, I have worked in every area to make it happen. I have worked in Admissions, Compliance, Marketing, Student and Career Services. It is my priority to make sure that our students are accurately informed on all aspects of the program that they are interested in. I continuously monitor and work in every department we have in order to ensure excellent ‘customer’ service as well as making sure we are in compliance.
I have a good knowledge of my institution. Actually, I have been participating in the organization of the institution and in the conception, writing, and development of its Catalog.
The new things I am discovering are related to the student expectations of our international students.
I have recognized we are an institute that focuses on the technical aspect of education that is specifically oriented to the business world
We are one of the most wonderful schools in Pensacola that change student life. Many student choose own institution because of own flexible class schedules, and small class sizes with individualized instruction whom work in the fields in which they teach. We also is one of the most fast track career programs geared to the job market and tomorrow's hottest fields, in which we have a wonderful career placement assistance. It also a wonderful place to work at.
I reviewed the instructor Plan Book every week.I have students fill a Teacher Evaluation
Form with the following mention
1-Excellent
2-Satisfactory
3-Fair
4-Unsatisfactoy
Whereas they will circle the Evaluation.
Check if the teachers are following the school curriculum.
Challenge the students on what they learned
I will make sure the teachers test the students.
I question the students about their results in the test and ask the teachers to provide extra help to the one who fail.

We are a new Insitution so we are all on the learning curve. However, I should admit the owners/CEO have a very good knowledge of the new Institution and they are trying to train us the best they can. I am working hard to complete an on-line training, to study the Catalogue, to meet with the staff, etc. Theoretically I know quite a lot about the Institution, practically - it is just the beginning, the whole area is new for me. This on-line course helped me.I am a scholar by nature and experience and I hope I will be an expert one day - it is too early.
In the meantime, thank you very much for a good interactive course.

students, is compatible to the school curriculum.If the students are comfortable with their learning. Provide access to anything that can help the students to learn and progress . Invite both Faculty and Students to present their suggestions.Analyze them and if it will benefit, implement them
I have learned where to find the organizational chart, what programs are offered at the school and who teaches each program. I have obtained what the advertising methods are for the school, and where to find them. And I have found out what additional serves the school offers, such as placement assistance.

I am the owner of this institution, and have mandatory meetings with staff so that all departments are up to date.
Twenty five years of owning the school, I have quite a bit of knowledge. We constantly have meetings at least once a week with all departments, so that the staff is up to date on all the latest happenings
I would say I have good knowledge about the institution. I know the resources available to the students like tutoring including hours and name of tutors. Also, I am a firm believer in research, so I direct the students to our virtual library which is open 24/7 and provides great assistance. I am discovering more about each indivual program and how each field can accomodate into a prosective student dream or preception of the major of study.
