We are a graduate school of education, and offer three different Master's of Education degrees. We have an intensive traning program and a supportive team facilitated by leaders who help with all the details of program knowledge.
We offer CPR, HHA, CNA prep, Phlebotomy, and First Aide. Our core courses teach the basics to become involved in the health care industry.
The programs offered at my institution are those of Home Health Aide course and CNA prep Course. These courses are offered at the institution and along with the institution I own a home health care agency and I have first hand experience with the requirements that the students need to full fill in order to get a job in this field.
That is a great idea. I honestly did not think about adding the Board of Nursing Regulations to the Resource Book. I currently had them sepreat but I do see where it makes more sense to combine them. We only have Nursing Assistance at my school.
My school offers Registerd Nursing, Practical Nursing, Patient Care Assistant, Respiratory Care, Dietetics, Physical Thearpy, & Pharmacy Technician.

We are a fire academy that teaches just about all aspects of the fire/rescue service. We teach everything from basic fire recruit classes to high angle rope rescue. Learning about the jobs students train for is easy. You can not teach for our institution unless you are already working or have worked in the fire service for at least 6 years. In my case, I have been around since 1982 and have already taken all of the course that we teach at our facility of the course of time.
We offer Nursing, Business Management, Criminal Justice, Draft and Design, Project Management, Paralegal Studies,and Information Technology. What I found worked best was to interview each program chair and sit in on a class.
I work for a Fire Academy, here are just a few of the classes that we offer; Minimum Standards Fire Training, EMT-B, CPR, 1st Responder, Florida Urban Search and Rescue Classes, vehicle operator courses, Haz-mat, etc. Job postings are mainly word of mouth, but there are websites that I subscribe to that list the job openings in the state of florida.
I will be working with the Medical Coding and Billing Specialist program and the Health Information Technology program. However, the school also offers Medical Assistant and Medical Diagnostic Sonography. I will learn about these programs through extensive training and additional research.
