Attendance, graduation, cancellation and refund policies are very important and all admissions reps should have accurate responses about those policies.

The refund policy is required by the commission in the rules. Also schools that have federal financial aid and VA will also have additional refund requirements.

They need to understand that the enrollment agreement along with the catalog constitutes the contract between the student and the school. There are binding agreements throughout both the catalog and the enrollment agreement.

because just try to imaging the Prospective student on the other side when you able to explain everything.
