This is a great idea because the admission representative will feel more confident when actually filling out the enrollment agreement. Practice makes perfect.

The questions I would have are, what is the cancellation policy, are there any hidden additional institution fees.

Communication and urgency is one of the main factors also, in order to make a complete enrollment agreement all of the require information must be complete with proof that meets admissions requirements and sign by the student and the agent of the institution.

I feel that the enrollment agreement goes hand in hand with the school's catalog.

The enrollment agreement and the catalog constituted legal contract once signed by all parties involved. It is important that a student receive a copy of that contract so that they may understand the terms and conditions beyond the enrollment date.

If I were a student filling out an enrollment agreement the questions I would commonly have would be how much is the program? What is the refund policy? What does the cost of the program cover? The enrollment agreement and the catalog constitute the contract.

Transparency and honesty those are the key words

An enrollment agreement is a contract and thus, is mainly governed by contract principles. An enrollment agreement typically involves the promise of a student or parent to pay tuition in exchange for the school's promise to provide educational services to the student. The failure to pay tuition may be viewed as a breach of contract. In addition, a student may bring a breach of contract claim against a school if the school violates the terms of this or other contracts between the school and the student.

Implementing mock interviews while filling out the enrollment agreement is a great idea. This provides representatives the opportunity to practice answering questions that students may have. Representatives can also refer to their campus director for more clarification.
