We follow the guidelines of our catalog that has been approved by the state licensing agency and also other regulatory agencies. We are very adament in folowing the guidelines of the Fair Consumer Practices.
If I have questions I would contract the Director of Standards of Practice & Accrediation at our instution. We have many sources in which to get information from.

Excellent idea. If you can't fill it out how do you expect a possible student to be able to do it.
That was the best thing that worked for me. Filling out the agreement then I reviewed it with my friend and she in turn asked questions which helped me build confidence in providing the information to the students I enrolled.
I just want to be clear what you mean by "enrollment agreement". To me an enrollment agreement is the students registration form. The registration form is completed by the student and list the courses that the student is registered for a particular term. This aspect of enrollment is assisted by the program/academic advisors.
If by enrollment agreement, you mean the admissions application that the prospective student completes to determine if he/she meets the criteria for admission, yes admissions representative handle this area. But the information below is not listed on the admissions application. Some of this information is provided to the prospective students at the time of pre-admissions interviews. We cover cost per credit, total credits needed for program completion, complete refund policies.
Schedule of total charges is usually covered by the program advisors. Also the admission agent usually does not sign any documentation. The program/academic advisor and student signs of on the registration.
•Name of the program and program length in hours, credits, or units of instruction or lessons
•Schedule of total charges including breakdown for books, supplies, and other expenses
•Complete Refund Policy
•Statement regarding complaints
•Signature lines for both the admissions agent and student
I make sure to understand the Enrollment Agreement thoroughly in order to answer whatever questions the student might have. But if I cannot not answer something then I can ask an another admissions rep.
Keri,
Great news! This is where we really need to have our game on and be prepared. Always, if you don't know the answer, then ask.

While going through this training, and in reviewing our current Enrollment Agreements, I do see opportunity for additional training. The hardest area to convey to students if questions arise is the area of Refund Policy. I thank you for opening up this area as an area of development in understanding how it works instead of when the question arises researching someone who can better answer this type of question.
Thank you Patty, our Enrollment Agreement does contain an area for the Applicant and Admissions Representatives signature.
Miriam,
The enrollment agreement and the catalog constitute the contract between the student and the school. There should be a place for authorized school representative signature.
Patty Aronoff
The Admissions "Contract, or Enrollment "Agreement", should only be filled out by the prospective student. Once complete then it is to be signed by all appropriate parties. If, you fill out the form yourself as an admission representative and the applicant then signs it before it is reviewed by him/her then you are liable for any errors.
Mike,
Is the vendor exam the completion of the program? Or is the studies in preparation for the exam?
Patty Aronoff
Carlos,
The transferability of credits rests with the receiving institution. If a student plans on continuing their education at another institution, they should contact that institution. It is their responsibility.

Sergio ,
Excellent! The enrollment agreement and the catalog constitute the contract between the student and the school. The signing of the EA indicates such.
Patty Aronoff
David ,
We need to make sure that there is no confusion or misunderstanding when signing the enrollment agreement. This important document is part of a legal, binding contract.
Patty Aronoff
Antonio,
They need to have full disclosure of the information surrounding your school. With regards to transfer of credits, that decision solely rests with the receiving institution.
Patty Aronoff
Carolina,
It depends upon the practice of your school. Most schools have the admissions rep sign the EA.

The biggest question I get is duration which is very difficult to answer bacause everyone studies for vendor exams differently and some have more success than others. I try to be honest about the program based n the hours/weeks of the program being concious not to promise completion timelines
In my College,as an Admission Specialist as I stated before, I work in team. I try to handle the whole process of enrollment and registration before the student is convinced our College is the right one that will satisfy their needs, and if there is any question I can't answer at the moment, I'll always consult with my Supervisor and I do a follow up either by phone or to the student's e-mail answering their questions and needs. The 90% of our students ask about if their credits could be transferred to another University in order to continue their level of education, as well as If our school is accredited
cause of other Nursing schools not accredited Title IV. It all ends when they sign the contract and we let them know their rights and policies if any change.
In our College, we are 2 Admission Specialists working as a team and we handle the whole process of enrollment and registration and if there is any question we can't answer at the moment, we always consult with our Admission coordinator and we do a follow up either by phone or to the student' e-mail answering their questions and needs. The 90% of our students ask about if their credits could be transferred to another University in order to continue their level of education.
I always review the enrollment agreement with the student and ask if they have questions or concerns. They also get a copy of the agreement and catalog.
