I enclosed the updated rule and regulations into my notebook.

I have places all relevant laws and policies in my resource notebook. For the most part, I was familiar with the rules and regulations that my school must abide by from corporate orientation training.

I definately added the laws and rules to a file folder in my office for future reference. One thing I DID notice was that a previous school that I have worked for in the past did NOT abide by these regulations! Shocking!

A copy of the school catalog to use as a quick reference for myself and prospective students. This physical copy is also very helpful in the event of any internet problems when the catalog can't be accessed.

I learned that agents may not initiate contact with other students who are enrolled at another school to attempt to have them enroll in the school where they work.

The school catalog, student handbook, marketing material, etc.

The notebook pulls all of the information together so we don't have to search for it.

Great tool.

I think that the notebook is essential to better growth and understanding of my role as an Admissions Advisor. I have so far included notes, and my company's policies/guidelines. It will continue to be helpful.

I included our university catalog, enrollment agreements, tuition cost, and Admissions Checklist helps a lot.

laws, regulations, and other important information

I am placing in my Resource Notebook an presenter's handbook and organizational chart. I am very familiar with the rules and regulations by which my institution abides.

I have the information in a few locations right now. I think having it in one place to refer to is a great idea. It will make me a more informed agent if I can have the information readily available.

I love the idea of having a list of colleges we have agreements with. I would like that information as a resource at my school.

I have placed the regulatory laws and rules, ethical code of conduct and definitions in my book thus far.

I was not aware that an out of state school who recruits in Ohio had to be registered with the state board.

I hadn't previously kept a resource notebook, however I plan to keep one in the future.

The Resource Notebook is Brilliant! What a great tool to use while meeting with prospective students. I appluad your proactiveness Angela. Building a Resource Notebook would be a great tool/resource for new agents.

I have filled my resource notebook with a lot of valuable information that I can use to answer student's questions. I have learned the difference between an admissions agent and a councilor.

This is my first week as an admissions rep and this training and licensing is a great way for me to learn strategies for how to become a great rep. Creating a Resource Notebook is a great idea in not only staying organized but staying on top of any changes that occur.

I, too, have found my notebook quite helpful. I started one when I got here, but now have added many things to it!

I started a notebook when I began working as an Admisssions Agent as part of my training. I keep it updated and share the concept with other new agents when they are getting started. It's easier to keep one from the beginning than to start one a year or two into the process.

I have put together a notebook that includes all of the rules and regs for Ohio. I have also included all Basis of admissions paperwork, and programs offered at our specific campus.

This moduel was very helpful and I placed quite a few things in my notebook.
I now know that your licence can be roveked at any time.
