make sure that the presentation that is given by the recruiters is the same on a national level ensuring that the info provided to the prospect is correct

These forms that we have students sign and initial verifying what they have heard/learned not only makes us compliant but also serves as a reminder to us of all that needs discussed and presented.

Great point. We do the same thing here! Another solid post

My institution follows these same prinicples. We are regularly meeting and having training sessions to make sure we are compliant, as well as a packet of disclosures that must be signed by each and every student in order to continue on with the process.

Furthermore, we walk every student through their enrollment agreement to ensure full understanding of their options and obligations.

We have had compliance and Itegrity training company wide. Because this this very important for the students and families as well for our intstition to be in compliance with State and Federal goverment.

We have strict guidelines, and scripts to guide the information that is given. So there can not be any form of guesses.

We hold nothing back from our prospective students. We make sure that all information is given to them before any decisions are made. We make sure they have all updated information from all departments.

Our school does the same and we make sure all students have access to our online resources to review our online catalogue.

Our school has very strict guidlines when it comes to compliance no black and white

We have disclosures that we attach to every email communication as well as providing paper copies to all on campus students, in addition to verbally covering them with each propective student. We are also very specific with what we do and do not discuss with students from an admissions stand point. And the blanket answer to a question we don't know the answer to is, "I'm not sure but I will find the right answer for you or get you over to the person that knows."

Our college uses regular training to ensure that all representatives and other staff stay in compliance in all areas. They also employ mystery shoppers test "test" us.

We meet with all departments regularly to be sure that we are providing prospective students with the most current and accurate information available.

Our school has very strict guidelines regarding compliance. Our Motto is every student, every day and every time. We abide by giving them the correct answers and if we do not know an answer we advise just that and try our best to get the correct reply.

Our institution is to encourage students to continue their education by answering all questions honestly with our curriculum, transference of credits, cost financial aid and helping them with this process so it is a stress free experience.

Our school constantly trains on the process of sharing information with students using a standardized format to prevent intentional or unintentional errors form occuring.

Best practices are in accordance with state, federal and accrediting guidelines. This ensures that employees have a specific set of directions that clearly defines expectations. We also have training sessions to handle some of the more common issues you may come across.

Yes, we do the same thing. We have disclosure forms that each student must initial before the enrollment happens.

Dale,

I am always glad to hear of schools using "mystery shoppers" to ensure compliance.
