Yes, the two pieces must match and we must disclose as much of the information as possible, so that the student can be well aware of their choices.

Enrollment Agreement- Is a legally binding contract signed by the applicant when enrolling into a program.

Elizabeth,
It is very important that definitions be used in accordance with the regs. Check the meanings with rules and laws as you build your documents.

After trainings and staff meetings I update my Resource Notebook with important notes. The key to becoming a great admissions representative is to consistently review those notes and compare them to any updates pertaining to the rules and regulations.

Marilyn,
Excellent! Make it your "go to" choice.

Hi Patty,
My Institution is in the first steps of creation, some of the definition we will be using are: Enrollment Period, Graduation Requirements, Attendance, Dress Code , Tardiness, Make-Up Work, Unit-Credit, Re-Entry Students, etc.

Heather,
Your students are already a step ahead.

I find this a great source having everything in one place. Makes things so convenient for me.

Frank,
That you for adding your definitions.

Edwin,
Enrollment agreements along with catalog constitute the contract.

Edwin,
Great ideas! So then you can say, you have "everything' with you.

Enrollment agreements and policies are some of the terms that you deal with during the admission process at ANY institution. Enrollment agreements and policies spell out our responsibilities as an educational provider to our prospective students, as well as educating them on what we can do to help them in achieving their goals.

I've created my "Resource Notebook" which I internally call my EVERYTHING binder. I put every piece of information into plastic sleeves, so that it's easy to insert new information as it becomes available. Keeping everything organized on paper helps to stay organized mentally as well! :-)

Financial Aid, School Catalog, Refund Policy, Campus Tour, Accreditation, Licensed, Transferability of Credits...
