We are in constant communucation with regulatory agencies within the state. These agencies systematically send updates and changes related to statutes and guidelines.
We also use and maintain binders, with out these binders to post, consolidate, maintain, and update we would have no way of truly knowing if the information is accurate. How else would are parties know of changes and the status of our compliance.

My best option would be to always interact with the Director of the School, Director of Academics, Director of Financial Aid. Training is another area. Though you may be knowledgable, things change and you need to be aware. Reseach is another method of gathering information.
I keep a folder with updated regulations, we also have meetings and receive emails from our compliance department, therefore Admissions department is up to date with rules and regulations.
We have a person on staff who ensures our school is always in compliance. She reviews CIE regs and keeps our training files up to date.

I have started a resources notebook and it has all the info regarding the institution and it is constantly updated as needed, so now i will create a statutes and rules notebook and keep it compliant by updating it regularly. It will be kept in an area that is accessible to all faculty, and be made mandatory that they keep themselves updated of all protocols and information.
We have a compliance department on campus that keeps the admissions staff up to date on our goal of continuous progress in our understanding of all applicable rules and regulations.
