We basically use them to reach out to our students because they are effective media to reach and stay connected to some students. Our school uses social media to show our students amazing work and future events. in my opinion it is great because it gives our students the attention they have earned with there hard work.
My school uses social media out lets like face book and twitter to spread the values,and events that school has coming up. Also social media is fast and now technology is allowing messages to be conveyed fast and with creativity!

Most schools have these social media pages because it is a good way for students to share their achievements, and their creativitis , also they can spread information about upcoming events and share pictures of they amazing work.
I feel that the usage of these social medias has really helped our school connect with other prospect we would not have before by just using regular phone calls and/or email. Many people now in day have access to these social medias on their cell phones and spend countless hours a day just browsing them so it really helps connect with people and give them more of a visual as well to help spark more interest.
