The adding of stickers is a fantastic idea that should be implemented in ALL schools!

This gives ower company better guide lines on how to operate.

Yes, the school I work at has made coninous efforts in making sure the admissions officers are on top of their training.. States specific

In the past few months there have been several changes as to what our students have access too. There is full disclosure on our schools main site that enables anyone to log and learn everything about our school, the cost and courses one canr expect to take.

Yes we have started doing a Payment worksheet

Again, as a new Nursing chair I want to do anything that enhaces the image of our program. Having a consistant set of rules helps us do a better job of recruiting new students. We state what is appropriate and not make promises to the student that are not appropriate and may not be possible.
I like the idea of the stickers too. I've asked the Nursing recruiter to consider this.

Yes they have. I am new in the position but I learned of the changes. We are very careful to be consistent and in compliance with regualtions

With being a new rep that came in after 2011 we haven't had a change in disclosures since I became a rep.

The school I work for has made available many training modules to make sure we are up to date in all requirments. Here it is taken very seriously that we know any and all laws and rules that impact not only our company, but most importanlty our students.

Our school has not had any formal meetings to discuss the new federal rules as of July 1, 2011 with myself but I am just now getting certified as a new admissions rep. I will ask our school director about the new rules and how they apply to my department.

I am actually really refreshed that my institution took the bull by the horns with this and started making changes prior to July 1st! I think it's rewarding to work for an institution that was proactive about making sure they were doing right by the regulations!

Our school does the same and we have two meeting a week.

This information was very important and opened my eyes to a whole new world of regulations to make me better at my job!

My employer has added a web site that perspective students and students alike can access in order to obtain student information about the school like duration, concentrations, graduation rate etc. This provides the student with more transparency and valuble information.

Yes.. We can find the info online as well as when we sit with students we have a book we go through that states the total cost, placement rates, graduation rates, ect...

stickers are a great idea

Yes, we are constantly getting trained on the new rules from July as well as any other rules as they come. It is nice to be reminded sometimes of different rules that are being applied.

yes in my training we have gone over cost, and time estimates.

I am a new rep, but my school also has a "scripted change" in addition to our weekly meetings about compliance. As a new rep, I wasn't around under the old regime. However, the Senate Bill reforms have reached our industry from a Utilitarian's perspective - achieving the greater good - and that will always be in the betterment of the student and her/his family!
