We utilize a series of Disclosures that must be provided and addressed with every student with whom we discuss any program information

We utilize disclosures with each student also. No matter if on campus or the phone...each student receives full disclosure of all regulated information for each state, plus a campus catalog and current addendum.

Our institution has provided strict guidelines for discussion with potential students. Our calls and meetings with potential students are constantly monitored and we meet often to keep updated on any challenges.

Our institution provides disclosures for all information prior to enrolling students. The information is avialable to students at all times. Representatives each carry licenses to recruit in their given territory or state and all programs offered are accredited and approved by all states in which students are recruited.

We operate under an extreme "no tollerance" policy at our institution. We hold this value very near and dear to our heart. We have students sign disclosure documents, employ mystery shoppers to make sure policies in place are being practiced and have on going training.

We use a combination of internal mystery shoppers as well as role playing with our managers and having appointments observed by our managers.
By having them sit in on a meeting it ensures that students are being given the proper information. We also use an approved presentation and script to ensure that all students are getting the same accurate information. While sometimes the script and presentation can seem a bit rigid, it does ensure that the information being presented is accurate and compliant.

We are provided with on going training and testing to ensure we are following strict guidelines. we have disclosures that are required for every student we speak with.

Our schools institute our own "mystery shoppers" to ensure compliance and educational integrity.

We are continually updated as new information is released.

With continued training and education our faculty and staff are constantly being updated on compliance issues.

We have our students sign disclosure forms which we discuss with them to make sure they understand. We also have a presentation which we show prospective students which guides us to make sure all important topic points are covered. Reps also utilize continuing education programs to make sure we are aware of all compliance issues.

Timothy,

Glad to hear your employer is making compliance a priority.

My institution has a provide Disclosures with EVERY student with whom we discuss any program information. These are not only in printed format, but also available at a specific web address. This is provided to the student in all settings, school and home visits.

My employer has instituted Compliance Training several times a year to keep Admissions aware of the changes and standards

Throughout our presentations we are required to word as well as mention certain facts about the school. If not worded properly during an evalutaion or anytime, we as reps. can receieve reprocussions. These disclosures etc. are highly focused on throughout the school year.

Recently was inspected by ACCSC and they found 0 infractions! Some of the things we have done are re-printed catalogs, have addendum systems in place, created stock answers for questions that could be in gray areas. like 'Do you find your students jobs?' Updated all employee files... etc

we too have statistical data that our school provides for our presentations.

we are taking the required continueing education programs required by the state of ohio. This course. If we hear of any new requirements such as background checks and documentation we make sure to comply quickly and carry said documentation. We have periodic training in osha requirements for example that bring us up to date on msds compliance. We also comply with sexual harassment training requirements.

our institution has a "no tolerance" policy. as long as i have been here i have seen several of my coleges be terminated for the simplest over sight that comes close to a possible infraction. here they do not want to close the doors to a simple over sight and always tell EVERYONE..."when in doubt find out before you blurt it out"!

Our campus has a student disclosures worksheet which students are required to read and initial off on. This verifies that the student has recieved the correct information. Also, the campus has implemented specific training programs to ensure that admissions representatives are givng students correct informaiton.
