I've been creating my notebook and I think its an unbelievable resource tool. I made copies of the rules and regulation to keep in handy.
Start date = actual start date a student starts school, enrollment date = the date student enrolled and signed the enrollment agreement, Expected graduation date = the date targeted for graduation if student completes the required hours. placement date. Leads = prospective students who have inquired about our programs.

Not only creating, but updating your resource notebook should become a habit. Changes within the industry, your company and your department are vital to insure each employee is up to date and on the cutting edge.
We have our own in-house Admissions Manual but adding the licensure documents to it ensures everything that is needed is in one place. i will make sure our admissions reps have implemented this in their Admissions Manual/Resource Notebook.

I've printed out all the materials from this course, and have also added our enrollment agreement, all application documents, and employee manual.
There will be more added shortly, ie., student handbook/orientation guide (which gets updated every semester).
