I have already began to compile a resource notebook, which will prove especially helpful throughout this course and in ongoing learning. I have been printing out the various topics and regulations, and I have been dividing them in a large three-ringed binder... all seperated by tabs.

I have started to organize through binders and color coded dividers
I've found that it really if I organize the paperwork for student files in a way that makes sense to the Academic Team and the Registrar. It also helps if there's a set way that everyone is doing this so they don't have to rearrange each file so it makes sense to them once we pass it along.

We use a "Student File Check List" for each student file; We also review the check list with the perspective student with specific deadlines for required documents to be collected.
I scan and email everything to myself so that I can save it to a folder on my desktop and phone. Makes it easier for my to access and to provide student via email.
