My knowledge is always a work in progress. Our institution has ongoing product knowlege sessions to inform the staff of different aspects of our programs. Policies are ever-changing, and we have meetings to update everyone when new policies go into effect. I am fairly new to the educational industry, so many things I am encountering on a first-time basis. I ask A LOT of questions whenever I come across something I haven't seen before. I'm lucky to have a very knowledgable Director who is familiar with many aspects of this industry.

Capstone projects are a great way to see the results of a student's studies. I also sit in on student presentations and have been asked to judge student projects.

Since our school's programs change with the times, I feel as though I'm always learning something new in each program. My favorite way to learn about what the students are doing in their programs is to watch their Capstone presentations. It's amazing to see our IT students present their security proposals or our Drafting students present their building model proposals. We have trainings every week and I learn something new each time.
