has a great reputation. puts students first. even if we do not have the right program, we encourage them to find a college that does and go to school.

I know about compliance, for sure! I know the defined responsibilities of the different departments; the programs and types of degrees we offer; and, importantly, where to find out what I don't know.

I am relatively new to my institution. I learn something new every day. Being in financial aid, I do not know nearly as much as admissions and they are always willing to share information and facts I am not aware of.

I have been in Admissions for over 3 years and I have notes the many positive changes in our department. Our current staff has been together for 2 years now. I have spoken to other Admissions reps from other schools and they report that in their department it more like a revolving door when it come to reps. I am not saying that we are better then othersbut the culture in our school is more of a Team Concept where everyone helps each other. Competition is secondary. Our main goal is to advise the potetntial candidates of what we can provide. We do not promise the world but if the apply what we teach the world is their oyster

I am learning everyday. I come from a whole different world but have been at my job for over 3years now. I learn everyday about the institution i work in. But I always talk to faculty and always review our catalog to make sure that I do know as much as a can about where i work. I spend time with the program manager and the Director when i come across a situation with a perspective student. I learn everyday.

Our knowledge prior to this training may have needed a tune up but after this incrediblly informative session i am confident that everyone will be at the highest standard set forth by state of florida.

We are all very happy that there is a forum where our ideas and expressions can be hear as well.

I know that one school is nationally accredited through ACICS and that the other is regionally accredited through the NEASC.

I know we have 43 campuses in a number of states that provide programs from certificates to prepare students for a variety of vocations as well as both associates and bachelor degrees.

I rate my knowledge as about a 7. I am not an expert just yet, but I think with all of our training meetings I will continue to learn more. I also take some time and talk with other departments to learn a little about what they do. I ask lots of questions as well all the time.

I have been with my institution for over 1 1/2 years and I have been able to offer a wide variety of career options through the offerings at my institution. My students are able to gain the skilled training that enable them to have a great online college experience. They are able to connect with other students online all over the country to network and make friends. I know my institution is committed to help students change their lives with quality training and education in may different areas. The network of offerings are able to help many different folks with different interests. My institution's Intra Net offers updates to see what is new and available through all schools which keeps me updated on the latest within my institution. Training offerings also update me on the latest information. I feel that I know the mission and the objectives that are important in helping my students. In this way I feel competent that I know my institution well..........angie

I feel like I am always learning about Lincoln College. It is an established institution with a great reputation! I feel like my knowledge is very high about what we have to offer our students but I am always learning more.

I think i know about 70% about Lincoln College. I know what accreditations we have, but I don't know a ton about the accreditations. I know what degrees we offer, but I'm not 100% knowledgable about the classes offered and specific skills learned through the degree. I keep discovering more and retaining more information everyday. I know all the basics, quite a bit about the details, but not all of it.

I know that the people I work with are taking all of the regulations and the way we portray ourselves and the institution very importantly!

We are all working together to change the way others see our institution in the industry. We want to be seen as an honest place with hard working people who are all about the student's success.

I would say that my program knowledge is outstanding. After spending 12 years in the classroom, I think it is essential that you are prepared to answer student questions and concerns. When I have to defer to someone else in my organization to answer a question that better prepares me to service my students in the future.

We offer free tutoring
We have industry experienced professors
We have a career services dept.
Our students have access to their classes 24 hours a day with no specific log on times.
We offer AAS and BS degree programs.

As I speak to more students about the research they have done with other schools I learn the differences between our college and others. I'm able to use this information to discuss with students and determine what school will be right for them.

I'm somewhat new still to my institution, however, I know quite a bit about the programs of study that we offer. Although some of them have changed a little bit recently. I'm discovering more and more about our ground campuses even though I do not enroll for them at all. I only work with the online division of our schools.

Functions are good to know but you have to list people with the functions so that you know who is responsible for each function.

Everything I learned is from the Catalog and ongoing training. It seems every day there is something new.

I have learned that Lincoln college has well over 45 campus around the nation and is been around for over 60 years. They are both nationally and regional accredited. And they are growing every year.

I am fairly new to the school, however we were given great training in regards to the programs oferred here compliance and working with other department. I also learn everyday with materials and review our internal web site. The programs offered here are in two catagories Lincoln College Online nationally accredited and Lincoln College of New England Regionally accredited. We are kept updated if there are any changes to programs, compliance , or other departments within the institution.

I am fairly new to this industry so I am always looking for more knowledge. There is always more that you can learn you can never have enough information. I think I have a good understanding regarding the programs that our school offer. I have spend time ready the school catalog looking over the website as well as any training material and information that is provided to us. I feel like the more knowledge we have about our institution the better we can support our students. It is very important to our success.
