I have been reviewing my FAQ's frequently. Campus leadership has been very effective means of communication. Observing colleagues in interviews, have helped me learn how to handle questions and answers within compliance. I have been reviewing the agreements and disclosures, along with the catalog. Repetition is helping me learn the proper ways to handle questions and concerns.

Many layers:
We receive weekly general updates at a weekly Admissions meeting, but we also have weekly meetings to address special topics/training for our Admissions staff. This is in addition to the orientation training modules that cover these areas in initial training at onboarding. Any new developments will be addressed before the week is out.

My biggest continued learning tool is asking questions within each department and staff meetings. I learned a lot of rules that regulate my position from the State Board of Career Colleges and Schools web site and continue to check back frequently with a monthly reminder set in my calender and a bookmark on my work computer. Each addition and change are either documented, or printed off and placed in my resource notebook that goes everywhere I go for meetings and other business functions.

I mostly learn these rules during the various training activities that we take part in.

do the reps regularly check the website or are you part of the HR department? Our reps do not go after this info, the management staff and HR work together to ensure the reps are kept in the loop of any changes. i just think otherwise allows for alot of holes and missed information. Not to mention alot of time the reps would be using checking on this especially if they are an online rep and have to check multiple states.

My school offers ecampus tutorials to reps as changes take place. We require the reps to complete these so we ensure new information is not only passed to them but they also understand the changes and how they affect their job if any.

I agree that catalog is a great tool for continueing to follow the rules, polices and procedures.

By retraining and always following Ohio's agent Permit resource Notebook for guidlines.

Discussion of the rules and regulations that we cover here, especially on the State Board Rules or in the DOT books helps to learn and retain the information.

Our admissions department regularly meets to discuss new rules and regulations pertaining to our industry.

We are trained and re-trained regularly on the Rules and Regulations to remain compliant at all times.

I learn the rules and regulations by continuing these type courses. Also, we are given training here at the school to stay current on any changes.

We have training constantly and are updated on any changes and new rules that affect our department. I also llok for information from the government that discusses new regulations for schools. I find it best to be as up to date a possible.

I have reviewed our updated catalog, and also asked current employees about rules. The modules during this course also have been helpful in giving me insight on the guidelines required by the state.

MOnday morning training sessions.

I am glad this is the case! Contiunous education is key :)

My school has supplied me with rules and regulations that apply to my activities. I work for a school that has locations across the country, so our training does cover many bases and is very conservative when it comes to my activites while recruiting.
OACCS has been a big help as well. My particular location is based in PA, but my knowledge concerning Ohio has increased substantially becasue of these modules and forums.

Through bi-weekly meetings, communication with supervisors, and training quarterly on the course guides keeps us up to date on various rules

I am currently participating in the online coursework provided by the OACCS. I also have read my school's catalog and printed out the information provided by the OACCS so that I can review each rule. I have also taken a few of the practice tests provided in each module.

Reviewing the information in the course as well as the rules. Utilizing school information in existence as reference throughout.
