Aside from having knowledge on the catalog and the enrollment agreement, I feel it is crucial to have strong communication between me and my supervisor. I work in the Admissions department and I am constantly referring to my supervisor, the Director of Education, to double check my work and answer any questions that arise. I have worked at PSI for 8 years, and it never ceases to amaze me the new questions that pop up from time to time. This is why it so important to have information such as the rules readily available. Meeting with program directors also aids in keeping current with any admission requirements that may change.

Information/updates are distributed through my supervisor, found on websites and other materials and by courses such as this.

I am doing a lot of reading as well as asking questions of those in authority. We have meetings once a week and the management staff have an open door policy so interaction is easy. Everyone has a wealth of information to offer.

We have weekly meetings to continue to go over rules that have not changed and to talk about any rules that have changed so we can stay informed. I also consult the state laws to see if there are any changes.

I am learning th various Rules by reviewing our school information package, handbook, and memos that are provided to staff. I am also finding the State website to be extremely helpful.

Any time there are changes to the regulatory rules our director calls all the reps into a meeting so we can get the latest information.

There are several different ways I am learning the various rules that regulate myself and institution. First is through reading through manuals and policies. Another is through trainings conducted by my manager and trainers. Lastly it is through outside resources such as this training.

There are a bunch of ways to find out the regulatory rules, such as websites that have been provided. You can also ask campus directors and find books that also have all the information needed.

I have done a pretty good job at keeping myself educated on the current changes from state to state. I read each states regulations, and I make sure to constantly keep myself involved with the our company's policy and procedure handbook!

Some of the various ways that I am learning the Rules that regulate our activities and institution is through group training, invididual studying/learning and observations from managers.

There are a number of ways in which I am learning the various rules used to regulate the activities of both myself and my institution. One way is the training provided by my institution at the time of my initial hiring, along with ongoing training and feedback given to me by my managers. Another source of learning is the Ohio agent training which has given me vital information about the rules and regulations specific to agents and institutions conducting business in the state of Ohio.

I learn them from my school with trainings, meetings, also look online at various websites, articles. You need to keep current on this information so you can give the students the best information possible.

I am learning the rules that regulate my activities and my institution by studying our student handbook. I also meet regularly with our Registrar, Director of Admissions, Clinical Coordinator, Programs Director, Financial Aid Counselor, and personnel from all departments to understand current and revised regulations.

The most effective way that I am learning about the various rules that regulate the activities within my institution is by proactively reading the manuals and handbooks provided to stay current on current or changing information. Checkng the OACCS site as well and being active in my knowledge with the forms and documents that enrollees are signing.

Talking with your co-workers is a great way to help learn about all the rules and regulations. It also gives you an idea of how to apply them in your own practice.

Thanks for that helpful tip, I believe I am going to try to use the OACCS website for our regular training huddles.

The catalogue, along with reviewing a sample completed student file is a great practice tool for me. We also use a checklist to keep ourselves on track.

I have read all of the training material prepared by the school. In addition to taking their online classes that go over the regulatory rules. The more you see something the better it is. Thanks for the web address to keep up to date with changes!

I am learning the regulations by role playing with co-workers. We go back and forth explaining different aspects of the enrollment agreement, financial aid, and admissions policies. This really helps to not only remember the rules, but it also helps with the day to day compliance and interaction with prospective students.
