Yes the school goes very in depth with compliance regulations.

Yes, we do have a training program that spends a great deal of time on compliance and knowledge of the college,programs and all departments that relate to prospective students.

Yes our school has an extensive three week initial admissions representative training program. Approximately 10% of the subject matter relates to compliance with state/federal accreditation regulations.

Yes we definitely have an excellent training program. New reps attend a two week training and then about 3 months into the job return for an additional week. Compliance with state/federal/accreditation regs, etc. is an important section of the training. Our school takes this very seriously. As regs change, updates are brought to the reps attention immediately.

Yes. We have a new rep clinic that everyone is required to go to. An entire day covers compliance, HR etc.

Yes, my school has a very extensive training program 6 to 8 weeks to be exact. We pride ourselves on following the rules and understanding procedure.

My school has an internal training program that is great for new agents. We cover things that are required for our regional accreditation as well as information that might be helpful for our student while they are enrolled in classes. All of the training fits within the state/federal guidelines for accreditation. By having all of this information ready and accessable, it assists the new students. Personally I believe that with all of the education and training it only makes me a better agent.

Yes. Compliance at our school is taken very seriously and training is set up so that our admissions representatives are aware of what is required. Training for a new admissions representative lasts several weeks before they are able to begin working as a rep, and then each week, our representative team has training throughout their employment. We also have spot checks by our supervisor to ensure we are being compliant as well as lend additional support if needed.

Yes i get training everday and it is very helpful

Yes we do have an internal training program. It used to not be state and federal fosused. They just made a change and not it will be for sure and the traing happens every 3 months ongoing

Yes. The University requires 1 week of training on your campus, learning about the University guidlines, regulations, requirements, etc and the 2nd week you attend training at the headquarter campus. The 2nd week of training really "fine tunes" your knowledge about the University's mission and history, along with state law and regulation.

Yes we/they do! :) New reps are not allowed on the floor for the first 2 weeks of training and when they do come on to the floor, its to shadow a more seasoned rep.

Yes our school does. We spend a lot time making sure our representative our properly trained according to the proper standards. We put a lot of effort into our training procedures.

Yes, we have initial and and ongoing training for all agents/admissions reps. It is very important to my school that we all know what what can and can not say and also what would should and should not say. We are also always made aware of any changes in policy immediately so that we can effectively communicate with our students and staff members.

Yes our school is very good at having on line training for the sdmissions team. This was a very informative training. I was glad to participate.
