We have bi-weekly training programs we call bootcamps to ensure we are up to date with all state and federal compliance laws. We also share success and not so successful stories about our experiences with potential students.

Our institute provides admisssions training for about 3 weeks. Agents/admission reps then visit onsite at one of our campus locations for familiarity of campus including pruduct knowlegde and tours. Agent/admission reps are introduced to campus department heads and those that hold positions on campus that support the field team.

Compliance is a very important subject during training sessions. Agent/admission reps spend multiple hours learning about compliance and regulatory requirements relating to recruitment.

Yes, we have an internal training program for new agents/admissions reps. Most of the training is focused on compliance with regulations. This is the most important part.

Yes, we have an excellent internal training program. The training goes over most of the material that was contained in this course. We also have periodic reviews and ongoing training. We also have weekly conference call training that includes all the admissions staff at all of our campuses.

Yes we have training when we are first hired with the orgnization. Most of the information that is covered is what we can and cannot do by law. then we move on to just information about our college. we are very carefully that we do not release any misleading or false information to students seeking education.

Yes, We do have internal training for our Admission Reps for 4 weeks. We focus on Compliance for the first week of training the first day is on Compliance. Also 2 week focus on it as well at our campuses.

We train on presentations and their content. Most of our agents have been working for us for 2 -30 years. Part of our discussion will be focused on regulations. We want to be in complete compliance with all state and federal guidelines.

Yes, our school does have an internal training program for new agents/admissions reps. The first two weeks of training is focused on learning the admissions world, but also focusing a couple of days on just compliance with federal, state, and accreditation regulations. Continued training is also offered for current reps. We must always stay up to date with remaining compliant.

Yes we do. It was initially very extensive and we have had updates as well. The updates have primarily focused on ensuring that our interaction with prospective students is ethical and compliant with the regulations that govern admissions.

Our school requires our agents to go through FERPA training as well as admissions policies and SOP'S. I spent a full week on training to understand the regulations governing the admissions in Ohio. I would say that about %70 of the training was done on FERPA, and the lather on Academic Compliance Tracking (ACT) system.

Yes, as a new agent I am currently going through one of the most extensive trainings I have ever done in my professional career. I find it to be very helpful! I will be so much more confident when talking with prospective students, know what guidlines I need to follow helps me alot. The majority of my training has been focused on not only internal compliance but also following the state/federal/accreditation compliance as well. I've been in higher education for several years now and am suprised by how much I have learned with my recent training.

The first 5 weeks is focused on training the new agents.

This is a very effective tool to continually stay up to date with changes, compliance, and program information. We do this and I find it to be very valuable.

Yes, we have an internal training process. We also complete weekly training sessions in various areas that often focuses on compliance within different areas of the admissions process.

Yes, my school provides 2 weeks of initial training and then provides weekly continuous training. Compliance training in engrained into the initial and continuous training. Compliance issues are a part of each step in our Admission training (we relate each piece of our training to compliance). Our regional admissions director also performs compliance training. As he visits our office, he routinely asks questions to test our compliance knowledge. Each agent has a compliance and training manual on their desk for easy reference. We are also tested on our compliance knowledge.

Our agents are initially trained through review of our FAQs. We then focus on why the agent needs to stick to the answers provided by the FAQs, so they stay within state and federal guidelines.
