Yes, the school I work for does. We spent approximately 10 hours learning the rules and regulations of the school and the state board. What we are allowed and not aloud to say to prospective candidates. What documents and are needed to be signed by each student before they start etc. The owner also consistently reminds us of all rules and regulations.

Every new agent goes through a lot of training. They spend time on the school our programs. They go over scripts and presentations along with getting training on their permits. I feel they get in depth training.

Our school had internal training for new admissions representatives prior to the new regulations going into place with the training focusing primarily on establishing rapport with prospective students and the dos and don'ts of what you can say versus what you cannot say. Ethics was a key focus. Following the passage of the new rules and regulations the focus has still been on doing what is in the best interest of the student but more time has been devoted to the specifics of the state/federal/accreditation regulations and making sure that the admissions reps understand them.
