Yes, we have weekly trainings to keep up to date. Our portal is constantly updated as well. The disclosure of cost is readily available to potential students which helps during the interview process.

Yes. The school I work for addede the information to the school's website and they also dedicated time to train all admissions representatives on the new standards. I have seen that my school also routinely addresses the new standards in our day to day business to ensure they are a part of our culture now.

My school has made several changes as well. They have added more details slits, updated the catalog providing a break down of each program and an explaination of the cost break down. The retention retention rate of the school was also a part of the school changes made. All changes were included on the website as well. I wonder if more changes will be made and will each educational institution will have to adjust each time.

Our school has posted a link on our website that discloses all student disclosures, policy changes, tuition fees, and a copy of our school catalog. We as admissions reps are required to direct the student to the website every time we speak with them.

Hello, Yes our school has made the necessary changes needed to be compliant with the new Federal regulations. Admissions has been trained and is following all new regulations since the changes have been instated.

Cindi,

There are certain items that are required by the Board to be on the enrollment agreeement, but those items generally only take up 1-2 pages. Some schools add additional information, making their enrollment agreements much longer. If you work for a school with a long enrollment agreement, it is important to give the prospective student enough time to review the information before signing.

I worked in Admissions from 2006-2008, transferred to Career Services and recently came back to Admissions at another school.

I noticed the enrollment agreement is several pages longer than it was in the past. Is this do to the new federal rules as of July and gainful employment?

Yes, our school has implemented many new training programs part of which apply to the federal financial aid programs in which we participate and approved statements that we can use to answer questions in regard to those programs. Typically, we are to defer those questions to the financial aid department at the school.

The school I'm currently working for also keeps us up to date with any current changes and trainings. All though I was not here durning this particular change there have been some since that our managers have also done a wonderful job keeping us current.

Our insitution has done the same and continues to update the website to make the information more user-friendly and easier to access. Potential students can search and identify costs per course, program, quarter, year all the way up to their estimated time of program completion.

The school that I currently work for and even my previous school instituted several training initiatives to discuss new federal rules. These include, but are not limited to training modules, updated information for reference and interactive trainings with management and directors.

Good questions, I have not heard of any new trainings at my school so far. They may be coming down the pipeline. Will keep you guys posted.

My school sent out the information on each of the changes and how they affect out school. We also have implemented a new training requirement that each outside Rep will come to the school for quarterly training.

The school has introduced a series of trainings to ensure that all are in compliance at all times

My Institution has made several changes as well. We have implemented several new training courses that all of our new ADA's as well as the older ones must paticipate in. This has changed the way that we must conduct our interviews for potential students. We must mention our Student Consumer Information link to all students three seperate times during our interviews. If we fail to do so this is considered not FAQ regulations. We have also been instructed to mention what the student can find exactly on the website.

My experience is the same, the school I work for has added to our website. Potential students may now see full information on each program.I like this alot. Information such as total cost estimate, placement rates, and on-time completion rates. We now utilize the same website accessable to the public to print materials for potential students.

Our college is in the application process to be able to provide financial aid. Several administrators have participated in workshops.
