The catalog is like a buyer/reference material for the student to be able to refer to and gain clarity and understand about the school, and the program. What will happen is the school runs out of catalogs? Do they have to stop enrolling students?

In the past I worked with schools who were in highly favor of Personally Developed Leads due to the higher conversions. My question is, with the strict guidelines in recruitment. Could we still obtains PDL's from non-student referrals? lets say through small chats at a gas station or grocery store?
