Does it make sense to have students sign a full disclosure statement that they were given all required information regarding admission etc. The statement to include a checklist of all area of required disclosure. This could possibly reduce school liability and future problems. So, I was wondering if anyone does this?

For smaller training schools

After reviewing the process on admissions so far, it is clear that some of the rules/regs do not pertain to me such as accreditation and financial aid procedures. However, my question is: Do I need to provide job placement assistance when the student is using Career Central as a source of providing funding for the training as well as job placement?

Using these tools, it is possible to figure out what are the most effective social media methods to reach prospective students and then focus efforts on those. -mike

Our institution offers only 1 program of study, for which many applicants are not qualified. Is it appropriate to recommend applicants take classes at other institutions so that they may qualify in the future?
