My Resource Notebook contains the following:

- Admissions Reps regulatory rules
- Enrollment policies and procedures
- Financial Aid info

Nice to have everything in one place..

Before beginning training I had already began to develop a resource binder of my own. Just gather as much information about the school and its practices as I could. It currently includes my job description, rules ®ulations, degree and diploma curriculums, my FAQ study guide and the actual test,department chairs and academic advisor info. and a host of other resources. It has really help make this learning process much easier.

I agree excellent way to stay organized and up to date where all your important information is in one binder.

I actually have printed off every piece of information that I was able to print off. I like to make binders of things that I learn so that in the future I can reference them.

Well, I was actually unaware that agent training was even required by the state. To be honest though I believe it to be a good practice. Keeps agents and employee's of school in line.

I did not know that it would be up to the asmissions director to advertise and or market the school
I also didnt realize that i would need a permit as an admissins rep. and that it would need to be renewed yearly
I didnt realize everything that was included in the enrollment process ( all the rules, regulations, and paperwork )

The Notebook is a great resource guide for agents! I printed the laws and rules and included an updated course catalog and updated campus brochure. I will always keep this notebook current with any updated changes, to make sure potential students are getting accurate information from me and from our campus.

The marketing material has been a big help. Knowing what people are sending out to prospects.

I have placed Agents/Admissions Reps Regulatory Laws/Rules, Student Enrollment policies and practices, Tuition and fees, and the refunds for books, fees, and supplies in my Notebook. I had not yet learned of the refund policies, so that was definitely helpful information to have to reference.

Updated enrollment agreements and a Copy of my Adult Admissions Manual are in my 'resourse notebook'

I am printing the training material as I go throught the course and putting it into my binder. Additionally, I have my school catalog, addenda, supplements, org chart for both the company and the campus, as well as items such as phone rosters, testing schedules, etc...

I think the thing that stood out the most to me was the fact that now I know "how or why" we do what we do as a company and the rules we follow are not just a company policy, they go much deeper. It also reassured me to know that the school I work for takes great pride and efforts to comply with the rules and regulations and has several mechanisms in place to ensure compliance.

Creating a notebook of resources was a good way to keep information accessible that I would use in my job. There is so much information that by keeping a resource notebook makes me more afficient at my job. It also saves research time.

My resource notebook includes the MaxKnowlege information as referenced in training module number 1. This includes the Agents/Admissions Reps Regulatory Laws/Rules. This is a complete explanation about Rule 3332-1-17 along with brief explanations. This publication speaks to the Issuance of Agent Permits, the Applicaiton for Agent's Permit, The Ethical Code of Conduct for Agents, and the Disciplinary Action Involving Agents.

As far as discovering or uncovering information that I didn't know yet, the only thing that surprised me was that we only take our State testing once. I thought in addition to renewing the license yearly, that the skill knowledge may have been re-affirmed annually.

2. Requirements for Board Members
3. A copy of Agents/Admissions reps Regulatory Laws/Rules

In my notebook I have, admin reps regulatory laws/rules, school catalog, enrollment agreement, and a checklist of things to go over with prospective students,

I discovered that In Ohio, state rules regarding administration vary from school to school depending on size.

I have found that my Resource notebook assists me greatly as an Admissions representative.

I have my updated enrollment forms, addendums to our catalog, prices, student services updates, enrollment packages and new rules and regs for admissions, so far.

I am pretty new to this team, and just attended training, so nothing is really new at this point, but I am sure I will discover something soon.

I put in all the information that was given to me per the first module of the course. I knew it but wanted to document it in my own resource notebook. I have kept everything via PowerPoint. I think I knew almost everything already.

I have printed the material covered thus far in the course and included it in my notebook with the Agents/Admissions Reps Regulatory Laws/Rules, a copy of the Application for Agents Permit form, our school catalog, enrollment agreement form, enrollment agreement contract, and copies of print marketing materials for the school.

One program offered by our school is outsourced. In other words, it is conducted by a different company under different ownership at a different location in Ohio. If I interpret 3332.1.17 H, I am required to obtain a permit for that school. However, I am not an employee of the other school and do not receive any type of compensation from the other school. Am I in fact required to obtain a separate permit?
