Time will Tell; if you do not

It is very important to know and grow your personal value. Taking ownership of the manner in which you conduct yourself will help your leadership/management style be genuine, reliable and productive.

Personal Time

In addition to physical exercise, creating personal time to visit movie theater or place of interest to relax and wind down helps to mitigate stress. I have also found listening to music to be therapeutic. Austin Umezurike

Waisted E-Mails

The thing I hate the most is having to deal with E-Mails that have no need ever being written to begin with. We have employees that send out E-Mails to everyone and their dogs and the E-Mail only needs to be sent to one person. By the time you open it out and figure out what it is about, you have waisted a tremendous amount of time and energy. I been thinking about ways to combat this without stepping on toes. Any suggestions?

I might need more patience

I have found that by breaking down my bigger worries into smaller, more approachable worries, that I am able to address my problems without “freaking out.” The problem that I have is that sometimes I break things down so much that I feel cluttered and unsure about where to even start so I tell myself “well let’s just work on it tomorrow”. I know that this form of procrastination isn’t healthy. What is the best way to tackle my large problem without breaking it down too much?

Thank you

Good information

My Goal as a teacher.

My Goal as a teacher is to provide my students with the knowledge they need to realize their vision. We are in business to produce new professional photographers and helping students make the images that exist in their mind become reality is why I teach. Photography is more than a job for me it is a calling and I can set no higher goal than to pass on the things taught to me by my mentors over the course of my career.

Helping stress solvers? Surprising answers

I was shocked to see that watching tv helped. I do it but don't feel as guilty about it. I hear it kills your brain and wouldn't think of that as a stress reliever. Also being involved with others problems. I would think if dealing with your own is bad, adding to it with someone else's would just multiply the negative stress.

Be a Leader

Stress Over Student Achievements

Hi, I constantly concern myself with how my students are performing in the classroom. I would like to reduce this worry to some extent because most of my worry i s out of my control and relies on their desire to succeed.
