I have to know the enrollment agreement in order for me to provide the prospect student with the right answer, we practice that between Admission Representative at my school.

Shawayne ,
It is a contract and they should be thoroughly understanding what they sign.

Veronica,
Excellent! Following the rules step-by-step will help in the development of this very important document. Make sure the refund policy is word -for-word exactly matching the catalog.

Kathleen,
Thank you! We should always address questions that may arise during the enrollment process. It is way for everyone to learn and develop.

Great exercise to perform. I recognized that I wasn't to familiar with what was stated on the report and how some students may feel when signing it.

In my case I have been involved in developing the enrollment agreement. It was very interesting and could provide ideas and questions students may have.

This is a good training point and can only enhance the knowledge for the communications from the Representatives to the students who are enrolling. It may also help in addressing questions that may arise in the enrollment process.
Thank you,

Alice,
Excellent best practice. It is better to review the file for accuracy as soon as possible. Corrections are easier to make early on.

Oscar,
Excellent practice! Reading it aloud takes time, but it well worth the effort for clarity.

I always make sure that the enrollment agreement is complete and accurate and meet admissions requirements since is a required document when sign by student & institution to avoid delays or discrepancies, and that we are using the most recent version of the enrollment agreement.

One of the things that we do in our school when it comes to complete the enrollment agreement with the student, is that everything that is included in the agreement, the admission officer reads word by word to the student for a clear clarification and understanding.

cindy,

The enrollment agreement we use needs to be the most current and we must be versed in the changes.

Toni Ann,

Excellent! The catalog and enrollment agreement constitute the contract between the student and the school.

Nichole,

Sometimes it will take extra time to explain information electronically. It will show the school cares to ensure the documents are completed correctly.

Sandy,

Whenever you have doubts or questions, ask! It is better to find the right answer than to risk being wrong,

In regards to our enrollment agreement, I am confident in the way we handle our enrollment agreement. Our enrollment agreement is revised weekly in our meetings, and if there has been any updates we are quickly up to speed on learning and enforce them.

I make sure to know everything on that Enrollment Agreement. It is the legal binding document & most important in the file. I know it like the back of my hand :)

Our enrollment agreements are completed electronically through their student portal. We walk them through the process of filling them out electronically, but we are well versed in the actual data that is contained within the document itself.
