I use social media like Facebook and twitter just to post last pictures from any event I went through or to let my friends know next Term open date for admissions.
our school use social media to gets referrals, we place pictures and our web page link. My opinion is that social media is a really good advertising for our school For the career school, this give us opportunities to be in contact with prospective students. Social media provides another way to work with students on providing them with services or assistance when need it.
My Institution use these tools mostly to keep in touch with active students. To make announcements and post photos of activities. Im not a fan of social media but It works. The thing is that you have to be constantly monitoring the postings and writing fresh information to keep the page alive. Thank God Im not in charge of that!
Our school has a facebook page that gives current and former students the platform to evaluate and comment on the experiences they have had at our school. We have the opportunity to answer questions and post pictures that we feel is a great asset to our school.
I myself am not a huge fan of social media but do understand the value of it in world. Our college has a dedicated team that keeps updates and valuable information available to all followers.

I beleieve that social media serves a great purpose to keep engagement and help to promote the institition. This is the new direction and we have to be a part and fully invested.

We use Facebook for all our school information , In my opinion I think we use it well. IT promotes the university through our alumni and current students. Its an electronic word of mouth method.
We have a Facebook page in which I maintain. I believe it’s a great way for students to know about upcoming events. However, it is very time consuming so maybe that is a reason why some schools do not have a page. This task needs to be done on a daily basis. I believe that social media is a great tool since we spend most of our time in a computer.

My school has an Instargram,Facebook, and Twitter account. Having such sites have helped maintain contact with alumni, showcase the students accomplishments, and communicate with prospective students. I think they are very effective and inexpensive marketing tools.
The institution is an online business school. Work with the social media is part or our job.
