I didn't find anything in regards with the following: what if a prospective student wants to get enrolled in more than one class at a time. Can he? Then what is required: two contracts? How about financial aid?

Moving into a career

We are assisting prospective students to make career and training decisions. That is why it is so important to know as much as possible about the jobs and workplaces for which potentials students training.

Accreditation

It is very important to stay in compliance with your institutions rules and regulations. We as admissions representatives represent the school and must follow certain guidelines and maintain regulatory standards.

What types of marketing have you used, and which worked best?

We do a combination of print, tv and radio. All work well, and the biggest results have come when the coincide with one another.

Life experience credit

Life experience credit is only applicable for us with post-professional students. Generally, for entry level graduate students there is no exceptions for the courses we require as pre-requisites. We are also very strict with our transfer credits, both incoming and outgoing (we are more limited due to our national acreditation) so it is important that this information is in the information we provide our students with.

Marketing

Although there are many different media outlets, working within your budget and maximizing the number of potential students you can reach is important. The larger the budget, obviously the more you can do. Utilizing free resources, such as email blasts can help make your efforts stretch further.

Learning about your school from the Catalog

From reading our catalog I learned many facts that I did not know previously. Building specifics may not seem important, but different rules concerning refunds definitely was something I find useful! Since I am not in the department that deals with enrollment agreements, I do not always work with those numbers on a regular basis, but I know it is still important I know them.
