It is very important to inform students during the enrollment process and again during the orientation period, the withdrawal policy. This way students are more likely to remember, hearing twice. Providing facts on the prorated amount due to cancellation as set by the school is very critical; it speaks to the credibility of the institution.

Graduation ceremonies

After reading through this module I was shocked to find out some institutions do not have or are required to have a graduation ceremony. To me, it is a huge accomplishment for any student to graduate and the school should be celebrating a students success!

Recruiting guidelines are very important and the admissions employee must understand the do's and don'ts of what should be communicate to prospective students. Be Truthful in all communications.
